Housing/Hotel for Symposium
All hotel reservations for the Symposium are made by the ISCEBS office.
We have recently been made aware of third party organizations that are contacting potential Symposium
participants to assist in booking their Symposium hotel reservations, in some cases indicating the room block is nearly sold out, or offering a discount from the advertised rate.
These organizations are not working with the Symposium and have no authorization to book any hotel rooms on our behalf.
If you are contacted by such an organization claiming or implying an affiliation with ISCEBS or the Symposium, do not engage
with them. Doing so may put you at risk of incurring nonrefundable deposits or booking fees, or an incorrect, nonexistent or canceled reservation. Working with ISCEBS staff directly is the best way to make your hotel reservation at the Westin Copley Place.

The Symposium is one of the largest gatherings of credentialed benefits professionals in the country. Attendees represent corporations, consulting firms, health care organizations, hospitals, banks, insurance companies, investment and administration firms, jointly trusteed and public employee benefit plans, law firms and other organizations involved with employee benefits.
Registration is open to CEBS, CMS, GBA and RPA designation holders as well as plan sponsor members of the corporate sector of the International Foundation. CEBS registrants who have completed at least one exam by August 1, 2018, and other professionals working in the employee benefits space can register for the program.
